Wir haben uns bei der Agentur beschwert und innerhalb von 24h kam zwar jemand vorbei, jedoch haben sie nur oberflächlich geputzt. Leider haben wir erst nach der Buchung gesehen, dass die Wohnung eigentlich auf eine andere Seite inseriert ist und die hatte sehr schlechte Bewertung (2.9 Sterne...

"Basically this listing on hotels.com has a lot of information that is not listed on their listed but is only provided to you after you've booked. On the listing, prior to my booking, the check in time is from 0900hrs but after booking, the property sent me an email stating check in is at 1600hrs. That's a discrepancy of 7 hours! Contacted the property via hotels.com chat and they just conveniently said please refer to their website. Why didn't they just put the right information at the listing...
