"This property is so beautiful and the food at the resturant was fantastic. Our only complaint was the spa, the sauna was great, but the hottub was lukewarm and there was so much chlorine it made our eyes burn and we had to get out almost immediately. Otherwise a perfect experience!"

"Great value agriturismo. Our host Matteo was extremely attentive and helpful. The villa is close to most Tuscan towns but out of the hustle bustle and adjacent to a tiny authentic town. Will stay again "

"Gorgeous location looking high over the countryside of Gubbio. The on site restaurant was delicious. Loved the shaved truffles and cream sauce pasta. The pool also provided a nice refreshing dip after the heat of walking around Gubbio (though the required disposable swimming cap was a bit odd). "

My wife and i have the pleasure to get a massage that we enjoy . The restaurant dining room side is very modern and a little sterile compare to this medieval town. "Excellent location; professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous staff; trendy and very contemporary art deco design inside, while maintaining the original facade outside; excellent choices for breakfast with a choice of eating inside or on the lovely terrace; bedroom, bathroom and facilities very clean.
