Остановились с мужем в этом отеле, т.к. привлекла цена. Как оказалось при заселении там еще есть и бассейн. Купание в январе под открытым небом могут предоставить не все. Это очень приятно.Предоставляются не только тапочки и халаты,шампуни, гели для душа, мыло,но даже одноразовые зубные щетки с пастой . До пляжа 10 мин прогулочным шагом.До рынка 15 мин.Куча магазинов в шаговой доступности. Уборка номеров ежедневно. Персонал дружелюбный. Кафе-ресторан работает до 20-00. Могут принести и в номер блюда, все вкусно. В следующий раз обязательно опять вернусь сюда.

слышимость в отеле

Все суппппер, девочки рецепция вообще умнички, всегда улыбки и приветствия. Вот только слышимость в номерах просто жесть, когда мы ещё спали , в соседний номер заселилась семья, походу очень шумная семья, но вернёмся к слышимости, уж простите за подробности мы даже слышали как они «пердят» это перечеркнуло все хорошие моменты:(

Great hotel but no english

The hotel ia in a great loction! The stuff trys hard but they dont know any english. The hotel has an app the could make is more simple to talk with them. Very cheap for that kind of hotel!

Отличный,небольшой,очень уютный отель в центре Адлера. Прекрасное местоположение,комфортные,чистые номера. я проживала в номере-стандарт. персонал отеля очень внимателен к гостям,на любую просьбу откликаются мгновенно.Очень понравился бассейн.,в котором вода всегда была очень комфортной температуры. Я люблю Адлер,отдыхаю здесь каждый год,в этом отеле останавливалась впервые.,и решила для себя,что обязательно вернусь в этот отель. Огромное спасибо всему персоналу за внимательное отношение к гостям.

Один из лучших отелей Адлера

Отель полностью соответствует своему описанию на сайте. При заезде оказалось что ключ от сейфа потерян, через день установили новый, хотя надобности в нём небыло. Очень приветливый персонал. Поблизости много торговых точек с колоритной местной кухней, до моря 10 минут ходьбы. Единственный минус - отсутствие wifi в номере - на 3ем этаже в конце коридора.

Лучшее соотношение цены и качества в Адлере

Понравилось все, кроме качества уборки. В лучшем случае просто забирали мусор. Полы ни разу не видела, чтоб за 10 дней помыли. Пыль не протиралась или все это делалось спустя рукава.

Отель хороший, но второй раз не поедем.

Отель в целом хороший, из минусов, детская кроватка уж очень сильно потрепана жизнью, из окна кроме крыши соседнего здания ничего не видно и когда днем открываешь форточку на проветривание а вечером приходишь в номере дым и запах шашлыков, но может кому то и понравится), так как под окнами стоит большой мангал(номер был на втором этаже). На крыше небольшой, но хороший бассейн.

The receptionist was very incompetent and a woman in the kitchen staff extremely rude. The premises are quite nice and clean, but the energy of some of the staff was a big disappointment. But for the price, it's perhaps worth the risk.

Все понравилось, жалко что попала в сезон ремонта, не удалось поплавать т.к. рабочие там постоянно с проводами и цементом тусовались. И дрель с 8 утра это конечно перебор. А так всё чистенько и уютно, хороший сервис. Я бы вернулась.

Бассейн, который не работает.

Бронировали номер в отеле за 1 месяц, выбор пал на этот отель из-за бассейна с подогревом, т.к. в марте купаться в море холодно. За 1 неделю с отеля позвонили, чтобы уточнить день приезда. В итоге по приезду нам объявляют, что бассейн закрыт на ремонт на целый месяц! И это только после того, как мы с чемоданами уже приехали! В целом отдых в отеле на пятерку, если бы не этот обман с наличием работающего бассейна, который закрыт.

Заехали поздно ночью, в день рождения, девушки на ремесленно сказали что повысили категорию номера (мы так и не поняли что в номере было особенного), но не сказали ничего про бассейн. Пришли в 12 выезжать, оказалось что после выезда его посещать нельзя.
