"Really enjoyed our time here. Was a nice sanctuary away from the experiences Tokyo had to offer. We enjoyed the mid-century aesthetic of the house, the bedrooms are all generous sizes (compared to what the rest of Tokyo has to offer), and the lounge is a great spot to unwind after a long day. "Our group loved our stay here! It was in a quiet neighborhood, away from the busier Tokyo Areas. The house is conveniently only 2 minutes away from a 7/11 and FamilyMart, and 8 minutes away from the train station. While being on the smaller side, the property is still well-kept, and cozy. The owner communicated well through emails, but some instructions were harder to decipher as an English speaker. Overall, a great stay!"

"Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...
