The pleasant holiday home is located 4 km above Sölden, in the district of Zwieselstein, right on the Timmelsjoch Hochalpenstraße. The ski bus stops right outside the door and will take you to Sölden, to the Gaislachkogelbahn or towards Obergurgl/Hochgurgl, to the Festkogelbahn and the Hochgurglbahn in no time. If you don't want to cook for once and want to be pampered with culinary delights after a great and tiring day of skiing, you can visit one of the three restaurants near the holiday home. Relax in Sölden's leisure arena or take a trip to the famous thermal baths of Längenfeld. The possibilities are endless.

The holiday home is located very close to the Bike Republic Sölden. There are natural trails and lines of varying degrees of difficulty for downhill and mountain biking, all set against the magnificent backdrop of the Ötztal Alps. You can also book easy mountain tours and high alpine glacier tours with a mountain guide
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
The homeowner lives in the same house where the holiday home is located
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
