Overall - a lovely place to stay but you need to know about the parking, laundry, etc. The booking info on Orbitz said there was free breakfast and underground parking. Neither was true. "A poor choice by us. No sense of comfort after a long drive along the Alpenstrasse. Old mis-matched and shabby furniture. I’ve stayed in worst places but don’t remember when. Das Zimmerist sehr groß, hat viele Steckdosen🎉, eine Kochnische und ein sehr schönes geräumiges Bad, einen Balkon und ein tolles Frühstück. "Reines Gästehaus. Restaurant geschlossen. Zimmer sind wohl frisch Renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Fernseh-Empfang war schlecht ( Antennenkabel ). Es fehlte ein Mühleimer in der Küche. Leider direkt an der Straße und für mich dadurch etwas zu Laut. War der einzige Gast im Haus, etwas gruselig. "

"Beautiful, very comfortable property, a variety of restaurants and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend staying here!! Some small things to note: - there is only 1 washer/dryer in the basement, you need E1 coins to operate & you own laundry soap. It would be nice if there was more than 1 machine, I can only imagine how busy it is in the winter during ski season. Also, it would be nice if individual laundry detergent was sold onsite as grocery stores are not nearby & have limited hours....

"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. Highly recommended!"
