This modern flat at 1036 m above sea level offers a fantastic location with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain world. Enjoy Tyrolean hospitality and cosiness in a holiday home with four properties, managed by the same family for many generations. The estate is an organic farm with several animals, including a beloved house pony. Children can even help in the stable

For winter sports enthusiasts, this is a lovely accommodation. In just a 10-minute walk you can reach the ski lift that takes you to one of the largest connected ski areas in Austria: Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. Here you can make beautiful ski tours from hut to hut, toboggan, cross-country ski or as a snowboarder practice various disciplines in the fun parks. The slopes can be reached in 4 minutes by car and a descent directly to the valley station is also possible on skis, but only if there is enough snow.

In summer you will find peace and quiet in the midst of unspoilt nature. Whether you go hiking or mountain biking, you will be amazed by the beauty of nature around you

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Die Familie ist unheimlich toll, haben uns alles gezeigt was uns rund um die Tiere interessiert hat. Tierlieb sind sie ja sowieso 😊  Erholung pur. Tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten von dort aus. Liebevoll eingerichtet, alles sauber. Den Käse und die Butter kann ich nur empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Die Lage ist Wunderschön und die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Der Fußweg zum Hexenwasser ist angenehm und ab 17Uhr waren wir fast alleine da. Die Gastgeberin hat uns nett empfangen und während des Aufenthalts begleitet. Unser Hund hat sich in der zwanglosen Umgebung wohlgefühlt.

Keine Verbesserungen notwendig! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt, es fehlt an nichts. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich. Dort wird der Gast herzlich willkommen geheißen. Sehr empfehlenswert, deshalb schwer zu buchen

Spannende Anreise auf 1000 Meter mit dem Auto. Es begrüßte uns eine sehr liebe Familie in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Im Appartement Nr. 2 begrüßte uns jeden Morgen die Sonne und ein atemberaubender Blick auf den wilden Kaiser. Schöne Zimmer mit allem was man braucht, dazu ein Brötchenservice und ein jederzeit zugänglicher Kühlschrank, als kleine Einkaufsquelle mit Butter, eiern, Käse, Marmelade, Joghurt - einfach richtig cool. Bei Fragen ist jederzeit jemand vor Ort. Kühe, Schafe, ein Hund, eine Katze, Laufenten und die zwei Hauspferde, machen es auch für die Kleinen spannend. In der Nähe die Stöcklalm - unbedingt Essen gehen - und Hexenwasser mit großem Kinderspielplatz.

Wunderschönes Bauernhaus mit gemütlichen Ferienwohnungen und sehr netten Eigentümern, die uns gerne jeden Wunsch erfüllten! Sehr lecker waren die Semmeln, die frische Milch, Marmelade und Speck, die uns morgens immer vor die Türe gestellt wurden! Die Aussicht auf den wilden Kaiser ist ein absoluter Traum und die Nähe zum Skigebiet einfach genial! Unsere Kinder im Alter von 15 Jahren genossen auch sehr das Nachtskifahren, was es am Wilden Kaisee nur in Söll gibt!

Alles was fijn: goede bedden, ruim en heel schoon appartement. Met de auto 900 m naar de skipiste, waar je in alle rust en ruimte kon parkeren. Zelden heb ik ‘s ochtends zo snel op de piste gestaan! Op de boerderij van alles te koop, van broodjes tot ham, eieren en bier. We komen graag nog eens terug!

Wir waren mit unser Unterkunft sehr zufrieden sie hatte alles was man braucht. Modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Wohnung war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Der Blick zum wilden Kaiser und auf den Köpfing (Gruber)Hof einmalig. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt.

Der Urlaub vergangene Woche war sehr schön, entspannt & erholsam, das Objekt liegt auf Höhe der Bergstation der ersten Gondel, keine ganzen KM entfernt somit sowohl zu Fuss als auch via Auto schnell zu erreichen. Aufgrund der Personenanzahl (7) hatten wir beide nebeneinander liegenden 4 Personen Appartements gebucht und hatten somit auf der einen Seite Ausblick auf den Wilden Kaiser, auf der anderen auf die Hohe Salve. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich, hilfsbereit & engagiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn es sich ergibt!

Sehr saubere Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht. Die Kinder durften dem Bauer beim Melken der Kühe zuschauen und die Hühner füttern. Zugang zur Mittstation zum Skifahren nur eine sehr kurze Strecke mit dem Auto entfernt
