Ein Hotel ohne Komfort

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der öffentliche Bereich ist durchaus in Ordnung. Das Zimmer, eine Junior Suite hat den Charme der 80iger Jahre mit vielen Mängeln. Auch das hat hat viele Mängel. So sind die Fließen kaputt, die Schmutzränder bekommt man offensichtlich nicht mehr gesäubert. Die Webseite des Hotels verspricht u.a. Restaurant mit Mittags- und Abendangebot, eine Bar und anderes. Einzig das Frühstücksrestaurant und ein Fitnessbereich mit zwei Hometrainern ist vorhanden. Selbst einen Raum zum abstellen der Koffer bei Spätabreisen ist nicht vorhanden. Da wir bereits vor 5 Jahren in diesem Hotel übernachtet haben, konnten wir keine Verbesserung feststellen. Einzig das Hotelpersonal gab sich sehr große Mühe und hat den Aufenthalt erträglich gemacht. Insgesamt können die 4 Sterne nicht bestätigt werden. Auch wenn man Landesstandart ansetzt ist dieses Hotel nur mit einem Stern zu bewerten.

Far away from a 4 stars category

It feels like you are back to the 80ies with an old demaged furniture. Ask for room on the upper floors, it will be otherwise not easy to sleep and relax. Breakfast was ok, no fresh juice and I missed fruits. The good thing is hotel is really next to the old synagogue and the mosque in the city centre.

Near Roman ruins

The hotel shared an entrance with a strip club, not what you want to see as a female traveler. One night there was loud music until I left at four in the morning. The bathroom was not clean. The bed however was comfortable. Located close to the Roman ruins and main sights.

Aldri dra dit i helgen! Musikken fra nattklubben i kjelleren, er så høy at du ikke får sove, og de holder på til kl 6 om morgenen! Servicen er god, men alt annet er ganske slitt! Ikke verdt penga! Betal heller litt ekstra for et annet hotell!

4.5 star experience given the price paid

The hotel is located right in the city center - closest to the academy of science, old spring, metro station. Free breakfast is a big plus - it is small buffet - with good options to energize for the day. Room is super clean. The drawback is bathroom is small, drainage has some issues (almost overflow). I request a lamp for doing homework (room was kinda dark), the front desk staff did not have it on hand but promised to have the Maintananc come over next day. Indeed the next morning they came!! Close walk to all the sightseeing spots, good restaurant (the buffet, rainbow factory for bakery), also a supa bar around the corner. Would return if back in Sofia.

Perfekt for en familie eller par på langhelgstur

Lite og enkelt hotell som passet perfekt for vårt 3-netters opphold. Rommet var rent, ryddig og godt møblert. Frokostbufféten var litt skuffende, men sto godt til prisen ;-) Kort vei til Metroen og hovedgaten, med mange hyggelige spisesteder og shoppingmuligheter.

POSIZIONE OTTIMA PRESSO I SITI DI INTERESSE.

Sicuramente ottimo per la posizione. La struttura, molto bella, pecca per alcuni aspetti nella manutenzione ma questa è una caratteristica generale del paese e della capitale a vedere anche i palazzi delle vie principali poco curati, non tinteggiati quando non lasciati quasi in totale abbandono. La camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato, confortevole, era dotata di un bagno purtroppo angusto e fatiscente con piastrelle spaccate e scollate. Il personale parla italiano sia alla reception sia nella sala colazioni. Una menzione speciale va a Maria, l'addetta alle colazioni. Simpatica, cortese e molto disponibile con tutti, parla straordinariamente bene l'italiano anche per via dei suoi studi fatti nel nostro Paese. Suggerito!

Centralt beliggende hotel i gåafstand fra de fleste seværdigheder. Det er vel i virkeligheden et tre-stjernet hotel, men beliggenheden, prisniveau og personalets hjælpsomhed opvejer den forsvundne stjerne. Morgenmadslokalet er ikke stort, men udvalget rigtig fint.
