The rooms are very nice, even if I had issues with the smart codes. The staff has been excellent , kind and ready to accommodate any requests. They even upgraded me the first 2 nights. The location is perfect, in Serdica near the mosque , the synagogue, the Roman ruins, the great statue of Sofia and one of the seven sisters of Stalin.

This hotel was easy to check into, was quiet, was clean, and located in an excellent part of town. The noon checkout was great for a late flight out of Sofia. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the city center of Sofia!

Nice property, good location , nice room decoration, good room size, nice room with balcony and great city view. Good size and clean bathroom. The only negative thing was the smell of the bathroom but it was very clean (old piping / building )

Decent hotel at this price

Walls are thin so you can hear others in the corridor when they're leaving or entering their rooms. The AC/hearing was loud and could be heard at all times. The location is central even though it gets shady at night. Overall decent given the low price.

Hotel Introvert, Sofia: quick review overview

Safe and secure: Good central location. 2 minutes from a Tube stop. Busy enough area and quiet at night. Clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff, decent WiFi, good size TV, excellent stretch, yoga, pilates, meditation area on the top floor: free coffee, teas and mineral water, modern building services, free secure lockers on the ground floor for luggage storage: All in all, a well run hotel.

The property is really convenient for getting around anywhere in Sofia, and reaching the centrally licated sightseeing sights. Although somewhat basic, it offers excellet conditions for night's rest.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We had a rental and parking is tricky if you don't live there. Front desk went out of his way to help us and that definitely eased our stress with the parking situation. Room was clean, bed was super comfy and water pressure was good too! A great stay all around!!

Introvert and attentive

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the bus hub and central Sofia. It was mid range which we expected. The front desk was always very helpful. This is a nice functional hotel.it is a short walk to the main Sofia street.

An a cell entry located, clean and friendly property, but everything looks a little better when you arrive than it turns out to be. Little things in the room were broken when you tried to use them and the all-important coffee facility downstairs also broke. Still, aside from that, it was fine.

The keypad for the door codes is very sensitive. I had to retype the code several times before the door would open. The WiFi is very spotty. My connection would stop during work meetings. Otherwise the hotel is OK. Very convenient and walkable to all the major tourist sites.

Nice hotel, very central location

Note - the hotel has a lift, but this is up about 3 stairs, so may not be suitable if you have mobility issues. The location is excellent, right by Serdika metro station (which has direct trains to the airport) and is very close to many touristic sights. My initial room was a little cramped and lacked a safe, when I asked about the safe the staff were super helpful and moved me to a different room that had one. Note this is a smart hotel, you unlock the front door and your room door with codes which are sent to you - works very well! There is a free coffee machine and soft drinks in the reception area, and an area with sofas + games console and an area with desks.

This was a perfect play to stay during my visit with my toddler. Hotel staff is awesome! Hotel has an elevator, easy access to Metro, busses and taxis. Center location for most of Bulgaria’s main attractions. Free coffee, tea & soft drinks. Convenient walk to MANY restaurants & places to explore including a mosque across the street and a museum. Nightlife not far either & hotel was great with helping us book tours. They accommodated a late check out(it was available during our stay) and this let us sleep in. Lockers were super helpful because we were able to leave our bags there while we explored a little more before heading to the airport. Airport by taxy is only about 10-15 euro (25/30 min drive) This hotel was perfect for us! Great rates great service No complaints! Rooms are clean & spacious. Thank you staff for making our 4 day stay with you awesome. Oh and for always responding to me via what’s app, you’re all so helpful & great.
