"This house is in a nice neighborhood with a great view. It is not as well maintained as pictured. Some of the chairs were rusted outside and furniture inside falling apart. The layout was good and ac worked well but the kitchen was lacking allot of basic supplies and we only had one roll of payer towels provided and two dishwasher tablets. There were allot of flies and flying gnats inside the house. Coffee pot worked poorly as pot was mismatched to the machine so it took forever. The exterior is really in need of maintenance as lights would not come on, open hole under primary bedroom and black molding area under the deck. This home has allot of differed maintenance. Cabinet pull also broken in kitchen no supplies or glasses in the bar. "
