"This is really a beautiful hotel and had the best service that we experienced from any other 5-star hotel in India. We found everyone super professional and helpful and everyone spoke good English (we are from US). The restaurant was good and had a very wide range of food options including both Indian and non-Indian. We were able to book excellent laundry service, as well as order a private car to take as to Agra (Taj Mahal). Also, at the spa, best massage ever. "

"I have been traveling for over 20 years and the staff at this hotel was some of the best I've experienced in the world. Incredibly attentive and professional. The food was amazing. The staff helped us each morning with some of the dishes we were unfamiliar with and created food based on our preferences. The exceeded everything we could imagine. "This was a very pleasant stay. I arrived from the international airport quite late, but was able to get room service. The breakfast had lots of good options (north Indian, south Indian, eggs to order, cereal, etc), excellent coffee (cappuccino or americano is no problem) and excellent access to the metro. I was able to walk to the metro and make it to my meetings in town. Way better than driving in the terrible delhi traffic. When I returned, there were lots of great dining options close by, within a reasonable cab-distance. The food in the hotel was also an excellent option! "
