"Our stay at the SoHo Resident was excellent!! The staff was extremely helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The staff really wanted to make your stay memorable and happy. It was a very clean hotel and if you needed something and you called, they came up immediately. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it."

"Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are spotless. The pods are clean and spacious considering theyre pods. Rated the cleanliness 4/5 only because if you move the mattress in the pods to make your bed then you'll see that under the mattress needs some attention. Good selection of snacks and drinks (both alcoholic and soft drinks) in the vending machines in the common area on the ground floor. Coffee is good also from the machines. Plenty of seating to sit down and relax or do some work. WiFi is quite good also. Location is 10/10!"
