"Took them more than an hour to vetify my reservation. They dont which unit, how to get in, there was no toiletries such toilet paper, trash bag, paper towels nothing. The property communicated thru email after i asked help from customer support"

"The room unit or room was owned by an individual but very well maintained. There was dishwasher, kitchen utensils, a portable cookstove, and cutleries.
