• Air conditioning provided (rare for the area). Please turn off when not in use
• To use the gyms or tennis courts, you will need to go to the HOA office for a key and to sign a waiver. There is a $50 refundable deposit required as well.

• Small-to-medium non-shedding dog allowed with Coast approval and a pet fee
• Must be kenneled if left alone
• No other pets without prior Coast approval

• Guest must sign an e-sign agreement w/ Coast's terms and conditions
• ID and credit card verification required
• No Smoking anywhere on property, including exterior areas.
• No events or over occupancy
• Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Guest Policy: Only registered guests may stay overnight; maximum occupancy must be followed.
• Safety: Guests should supervise children and pets (if pet-friendly), especially near stairs and outdoor areas.
• Housekeeping: Excessive mess may incur additional fees.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Self check-in available after 4 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out may be accommodated upon request but may include a fee.
