"This was our first stay in Italy and the hotel & area made it even more inviting. There were many shops, food, vendors and restaurants as well as clothing, all within walkable distance. The train station was an also a close distance away making the area even more accessible. The staff and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. I hope to visit again "

"Very hard to communicate with host about check in details. Was okay once we arrive. Walls are super thin, very loud; could hear neighbours, the street, and the elevator. Could use some updating but was overall clean. Definitely unique property "

"Would recommend Serendipity Rooms to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced room within easy walking distance to the Duomo Cathedral and Piazza. Our only issue was with the dripping condensate from the AC unit, right above the entry door. We had to keep a towel on the floor in order to avoid a puddle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"The couper spiga is such a fun property - it felt like staying in a Milan apartment and I wish I would’ve found this property sooner. The rooms were gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. It is also worth noting that this is located right next to high end shopping and cafes. Would stay here again!"

"Our stay was excellent here at bello! Suites. Alberto was friendly and accomodating throughout. We self checked in and had easy to follow instructions. There was an slight issue with the blinds and alberto found a solution immediately. Great location and base to explore the surrounding areas of the lake as you are very close to the ferry port.
