"The property isn’t advertised correctly. It is a shared bathroom and kitchenette. The shower is handheld in the bath, it was broken when we arrived and water was going everywhere. It was changed when we complained as was the toilet seat which was broken. The property was very clean though. Rooms are basic, just a net curtain so woken up very early by sunlight.(and the church bells) No mirror in room. Bed was comfy but saggy. Electrical sockets coming away from the wall. 10-15 minutes from...

"Great location for a beautiful city Torun, literally part of the city walls , historic, very modern amenities, personal checking us in was great , very helpful, close to all old city attractions, great stay"
"I have been here a few times over the years and it has always been a bit ropey but it's cheap. I turned up to find I had to drive through a construction site to get to the entrance to park. Parking has never cost here but I was surprised to now find out that I had to pay 35pln (£7) to park in what can only be described as a construction site for a hotel which you cannot reasonably access by foot. There are no facilities at this hotel, no restaurant, vending machine, so if you had managed to walk there, you would have to walk through the construction site and up the highway to get anything. I told the receptionist that the car park was not worth 35pln and she told me that it's not her decision to charge for it. Great. Totally understand its not her call but maybe a little better response might have stopped me walking out and going to a better place just up the road. The car park charge was the tipping point for an already poor decision of mine to stay here because it was cheaper by a few pounds and the charge was just a blatant money grab. It's obvious I wouldn't get a refund, but it was out of principle that I left to find somewhere else. This hotel is the first in Bydgoszcz to be added to my never consider again list of bad hotels. "
"We had a lovely big apartment with two rooms and everything was very clean. The breakfast spread was very good. We ate in both the bar and the Salt restaurant. Both were good and the Salt restaurant had an unusual menu selection. The pool was also good although it would have been helpful if the swimming lessons had been in one area of the pool leaving the rest for guests. The hotel is well located for the Old Town and we went to a restaurant there one night. I would definitely stay there again."
"Really decent hotel for the price. Comfortable and quiet room. Huge shopping mall within a five minute walk. Really appreciated the complimentary sparkling water! "
