"The Sand Castle Inn was very clean, looks to have been recently refurbished, the beach was a 10 minute walk, super close to Monterey and Carmel. This is the place to stay if you want to get to Point Lobos State Nature Reserve before they close the gate. Bring a sleep mask if you are sensitive to outdoor lighting. We will definitely stay here again!"
