"The property was spacious and I'm a nice complex. There were signs of use (the odd mark on walls, ceilings etc but it was of a general good/nice standard. The washer was out of service and there was no corkscrew. The owner provided some free refreshments (beer & cider) which was a nice touch. The communication before arrival could have been better (as to how to gain access). The only real slight annoyance was that the bedrooms were white and there was no black out blind/curtain so at 6am...

"Check-in information was not sent to us prior to the morning of our arrival. The property was very littered with garbage and there was noise from the surrounding neighbours until after 1am. Dishes in the cupboards were dirty and we were provided with only four medium sized towels for our family of four. We had to purchase our own laundry detergent to use the washing machine. There is no parking onsite and the surrounding streets have minimal parking available. Needed to stay in this area for two...
