Specifically: • The floors and bedroom carpet were not adequately cleaned. The carpet is leaving black residue on our feet which is then spread into other areas. "AVOID!! Unfortunately this was not a good stay. It started badly as the arrival advice was clearly to enter the parking lot for the flats, but as soon as you do you are liable for a £100 fine as hey - newsflash - it turns out you can’t take your car in there (despite, as I said, being told to do so by the arrival instructions). Apartment was dirty, smelly and generally ‘low rent’. I regretted my booking."

"The property was spacious and I'm a nice complex. There were signs of use (the odd mark on walls, ceilings etc but it was of a general good/nice standard. The washer was out of service and there was no corkscrew. The owner provided some free refreshments (beer & cider) which was a nice touch. The communication before arrival could have been better (as to how to gain access). The only real slight annoyance was that the bedrooms were white and there was no black out blind/curtain so at 6am...
