"The property was spacious and I'm a nice complex. There were signs of use (the odd mark on walls, ceilings etc but it was of a general good/nice standard. The washer was out of service and there was no corkscrew. The owner provided some free refreshments (beer & cider) which was a nice touch. The communication before arrival could have been better (as to how to gain access). The only real slight annoyance was that the bedrooms were white and there was no black out blind/curtain so at 6am...

"Basic necessity of toilet paper wasn’t provided. Boiler was turned off which is strange for this time of year. Attempted to contact property regarding wifi not available even though it is clearly advertised. No communication from the host."
