"I booked this for our engineers and this is their feedback: Unfortunately not suitable for us to stay in, the property was not clean and had lights hanging from the ceilings. Garden not useable. No parking even though it states parking - our staff almost got a parking ticket. We did not stay in the property and drove home instead."

"Overall the experience was excellent. Book the house out for a group of friends and I to stay as we all explored activities in the area. Facilities were good and the house was in great condition for us upon arrival. "The house was lovely, location nice and quiet, hot tub was perfect. The local area was very nice, the only thing i would recommend is some walking maps of the local area. We would definitely recommend the house for large groups"

"The location is perfect for a visit to Stratford Upon Avon. The owner/manager Harry was on site to help us settle in and he followed up during the stay. The accommodations worked well with our group of five which included an active two-year-old. "

"Outside courtyard was not swept or clean. With rubbish in the corner which was a shame as couldn't sit out. Also work next door was very loud all day yesterdayUnfortunately we have a 4week old baby we couldn't settled yesterday due to banging from building works. "
