Great stuff

Lovely boutique hotel right on the sea near Sidi Bou Said and Carthage. Beautifully decorated, secure, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and local delicacies. Sana and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't use the pool but it looked wonderful. My room looked right out at the sea. Perfect. Hint: Use local app Indrive (like UBER) to save on taxis.

The building was an example of fine architecture and well decorated. The room was exactly as advertised with a great view of the surrounding area. The most important part of my stay was the attention provided by Taieb the manager whether it was help with finding a tour guide or when a where to have breakfast everything ran smooth and I felt like my patronage was valued. Anyone staying at this property will not be disappointed.

Being a frequent traveler Expedia VIP member this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in 5 continents. It is family run, 5 rooms ON the water, amazing views and great personalized service. Food was amazing and our every need was attended to. Adnan and Hadi were very pleasant and classy . My wife and I loved our stay here. The room was large, beautiful, and clean, with stunning roof top view. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day. Dar Souad was the best place any traveler could choose when entering Tunisia. They’re so friendly, accommodating, kind, and considerate. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, the entire space is cozy, and the food is delicious.

The hotel is well located, very clean with extremely nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was good although the range of foods (especially fruits) was not exceptional. The restaurant food was also good. The pool is s welcome amenity although on the small side. All in all a very good experience.

Great propert overlooking the sea

The staff are nice and welcoming. The hotel has spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea. All meals were authentically Tunisian and its delicious!! They always made sure your room was clean.

It was our fifth stay in this hotel over the last 3 years, and once more we have been very satisfied with the experience. As known, the overall situation in Tunesia is not very appealing but the hotel is coping very well with the difficult circumstances. Therefore, we continue to recommend visiting this place.
