The Design Villa Adria offers an exclusive holiday experience for up to six people on 165 m² of living space, nestled between the imposing coastal mountains and the turquoise blue sea. The modern Bauhaus-style villa spans three floors and impresses with four stylishly furnished bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, a spacious living room and an open, fully equipped kitchen. Two balconies and a spacious roof terrace with a lounge area invite you to relax, while the private infinity pool with sun loungers and parasols offers refreshing moments.



The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, TV (SAT), WiFi, hi-fi system and underfloor heating. Dining tables, lounge furniture, sun loungers and a grill for private use are available on the terraces. The property has three parking spaces directly on site. A baby bed can be provided upon request.



The environment combines tranquillity and nature with proximity to Split's Old Town and diverse leisure opportunities such as water sports, hiking, golf, cycling, cultural excursions and gastronomy. Beaches can be reached after 7-8 km, shopping facilities and restaurants are accessible within a few minutes.

Stayed here for a long weekend with friends. The location was amazing, beautiful views and super quiet. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Zrinka was a perfect host, she was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay, sending regular messages to make sure we didn’t want for anything and even drove us to hospital when one of our party twisted their ankle. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again.

We had the most wonderful and healing time at Zrinka’s place. We loved the clean, spacious and beautifully decorated villa and the amazing view you get from the pool and and rooftop terrace. The kitchen was also very well equipped and the grill outside came in handy for our BBQ! We also loved the location as it’s close enough to Split but without all the hustle and bustle. But the best part of our stay was definitely Zrinka and her family, they are the cutest and accommodating hosts and were helpful and responsive at all times!! We had great chats and spent fun evenings together! We can’t wait to be back next year!

Me and my friends had the best time at Zrinkas beautiful home. The Villa was beautiful, clean and homely- with all the amenities. Pool and view was amazing and roof terrace unbelievable. Zrinka was so lovely and friendly- and we loved her little dog 🐶 great host. Location is good in terms of getting Ubers to the city centre of split - which wasn’t tricky. It’s about 17 euros and 15 mins away in car for all 5 of us. Lovely views over split. Wifi could have been better- but not really an issue. Amazing stay and would recommend/ love to come back! 🥰

I went away with 5 other girlfriends to stay at Zrinka’s villa and we loved every second of our stay. The villa was beautifully decorated with great indoor and outdoor spaces including a spacious living and dining area and a fabulous infinity pool overlooking split. The views from the villa were incredible, looking over Split and the sea, perfect for watching the sunrise and the sunset 🌞 Zrinka was a lovely host, always being very quick to respond to any querieswith local recommendations for us to enjoy. It was a pleasure being able to stay at her Villa! We managed to get into split easily using ubers (found it easier to get two smaller ubers rather than a bigger van and sometimes we found it easiest to get them from the bottom of the road) and managed to pre book uber vans to the airport for our departure! Would highly recommend this villa 😊

Wonderful holiday

This is a stunning villa with an amazing view overlooking Split . We stayed here with our 3 teenage boys and had a great time but we feel the location of the villa lets it down. It is located high up in the mountains in the middle of the locals, so not in a holiday resort as such. You can walk to the supermarket and the bakery but there are no restaurants unless you get the busdrive into Split. The villa itself is attached to the housekeepers villa, which isnt mentioned in the description, so we thought we had the place to ourselves. There isnt a boundary between the villas and the area isnt secure so probably not ideal for families with young childrenlike us teenagers who want to play football and launch themselves into the pool, which overlooks the road and the brambles where we lost our football many times! Zrinka who lives next door is very welcoming and knowledgable and does a fantastic job. Nothing is too much trouble. Whilst we had an amazing time we feel the photos are a bit misleading and more information would have been nice. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing space to forget about life for 10 days this is definitely the place to go.

Lovely holiday

We had a lovely time at the villa,which is very luxurious . The villa is a long way up very windy narrow streets and I think you are among the locals, building sites and a kids play area. The view however is amazing . There is also a villa attached to you where the couple who look after the house live. Not a problem except it doesn’t mention this in the details and as there is no divide between the houses it feels like you are intruding on them. Especially when a football ends up in their garden ! The pool is an infinity pool over looking the road and brambles, so not ideal for a family with small children, and wasn’t ideal for us being a family of 3 noisy boisterous boys who like to play football and jump in the pool a lot! I think they were def glad to see the back of us. Had there been more info we probably wouldn’t have booked it as we got the feeling that being quiet was very much preferred. So if are are 6 adults looking to just chill it’s absolutely perfect . Having said all of that Zrinka , next door, was very kind and patient with us and really helpful . The old town of Split is a 25 minute drive away so you def need a car to get about and see some of the beautiful places Croatia has to offer .

Lovely villa

Lovely villa, Zrinka always answered any questions we had and the place was lovely and clean. she was really kind, brought us wine and beer on arrival as the shops were shut and also shared the amazing cheesecake she made. zrinka gave us some recommendations for dinner and places to go and definitely looked after us during our stay. Only thing was it is a 20-25 minute drive from split but ubers were cheap and easy to get, definitely worth it for the peaceful atmosphere.

Perfect place for a family

Perfect place for a family with grown up children as plenty of space, lovely pool, roof terrace and a bbq. All of us were extremely satisfied with it and had a lovely stay. Zrinka was on hand to help out with any questions, gave good recommendations and even took me to the supermarket to stock up on provisions. Lovely, pleasant lady too and despite her living next door gave us the space and privacy we wanted. Would highly recommend and would stay again. -

The villa is perfectly set out

Zrinka is a wonderful and warm host. The villa is perfectly set out with sophisticated furnishings that overlooks the city of Split that is just 25 mins drive away. Taxis are reasonably priced for visits to SolinSplit and id recommend a visit to the beautiful town of Trogir. Throughout our stay we had the benefit of Zrinka on hand to help us with any queries whilst , at the same time, feeling complete solitude and privacy. Highly recommended.

The villa is absolutely beautiful

We were a family of 5 adults and our stay was perfect from start to finish. The villa is absolutely beautiful in every way, spotlessly clean, extremely spacious, decorated and furnished to a high standard, and with breathtaking views over Split. Zrinka is a lovely lady with a very big heart. She is so welcoming and attentive but not intrusive in any way. She put in a lot of effort to ensure we had a wonderful stay, giving us reccomendations for restuarants, beaches and places of interest.She kindly served us drinks on our arrival and even made us a tasty local dish during our stay. We hired a car for the whole of our stay and enjoyed exploring the area but we equally loved spending time in the villa and garden, especially the pool and the rooftop terrace. The views from there are amazing and the sunsets are out of this world, beautiful !! Thankyou so much Zrinka for being the perfect host. We all love you..and Shnappy the doggy too ❤️

The villa is so lovely

The villa is so lovely inside, the lounge area is huge and has plenty of comfortable seating. The villa had everything we could ever need for a family of 5 adults. We very much enjoyed the outdoor seating area and relaxing around the pool. We especially loved watching the birds on the lawn and seeing them swoop into the pool as well as a visiting tortoise. The location is about 20 mins drive from central Split old town and 25 minutes drive from the airport, ideally situated. Zrinka is very friendly and able to help with anything and a brilliant host. She lives in the other half of the villa so is always on hand.

We absolutely loved staying in this fantastic villa. Zrinka was so lovely and hospitable and it was great to have her next door in case we needed everything. The villa is even better than the pictures and has a gorgeous infinity pool with lots of furniture. The bedrooms are a really good size and there were 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet which was great to have. The kitchen was well stocked and there’s a gas BBQ which made it easy to cook every night. There’s a few small supermarkets nearby which are well stocked. We would really recommend this place as it was so lovely and peaceful and would visit again! -
