This beautiful modern fully renovated villa is located in the small town of Kučine, only 7 km from the center of Split and only 30 km from the airport.
The villa is fully furnished and equipped. and it consists of three separate floors,
Each floor has a spacious equipped kitchen, a large living room and a bathroom.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one single room with a bunk bed for two people.
On the first floor there is a double room, a single room for one person and a third bedroom with two single beds.
And finally on the upper floor, 2 additional comfortable bedrooms, a double one and a single room for one person.
There is a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view of Split on each floor and a large outdoor area with a 30 m2 swimming pool.
