"Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Our only issue was that we had to keep towels in the refrigerator because water and ice kept collecting inside. The staff was nice and although there was rarely anyone in the office, there is a number to call to talk to someone if needed. The building itself could use some attention. "Everything was really great except the pullout sofa was not comfortable enough to sleep on. My son ended up sleeping on the couch, which was comfortable but if you have more than person trying to sleep on it, I would not recommend it since two can't really sleep on the couch. Other than that, it was a good stay and convenient to everything. "The small studio space worked fine for two people. Might be a little tight for more. The heat is provided by an efficient electric fireplace (kept the room easily heated). Very basic kitchen supplies, but sufficient for a short stay. Convenient to the bus stop, gym, and a few restaurants. Check in instructions gave addresses, but it would have been great to give a building number since when you arrive in the parking lot the map just provides building numbers (e.,g, 1, 2, 3) and not the address...

"It looked exactly as pictured with a clean balcony—loved all the natural light. Our stay regarded the University of Utah which is only about a 15 minute drive away. We were near the little shopping plaza so our kids were able to enjoy the Children’s Museum and planetarium (FREE), along with a turf area for running around. We had our dog with us, so taking her down to pee/poop was close and we could see each other from the balcony. There are many restaurant choses in the plaza area previously...

"This was a great property. Clean and full of character from an older building that you don't see a lot of any more. The location was perfect--centrally located to everything within walking or scooter distance (the nearby streets have protected bike lanes that make riding the electric scooters feel very safe!), but just far enough from downtown where finding parking for guests was not an issue.
