Traditional village house in the stunning town of Sóller, ideal for 8 guests and at only 3.5 km from the beach.
The patio of this beautiful village house is perfect to relax. In the morning, it invites to enjoy a tasty breakfast, followed by a pleasant reading, a rest under the sun on the 6 sun loungers or a visit to the beach, that is only 3.5 km away. Then, you can end the day with an exquisite barbecue under the porch.

It is a four-storey house, in which the ground floor features the kitchen-dining room that is equipped with gas hob and A/C, as well as a shower bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is the living room, where you can watch TV-SAT, a bathtub bathroom and three bedrooms. Regarding the dormitories, there is 1 with two single beds and the other 2 have double bed and one of these two also has wardrobe. On the 2nd floor, there is a small living room and the fourth dormitory with double bed and dressing room. All the bedrooms are acclimated with A/C. Additionally, the laundry is provided with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The accommodation also has a cot and a high chair. The -1 floor is the height of the patio.

Sóller is one of the most charming villages of Mallorca. Located in a valley in the middle of Tramuntana, its landscape, its tranquility, its quality and its services make it highly acclaimed by tourists. Do not miss a ride on its old train and tram to Puerto de Sóller, where you can dinner in good restaurants or even taste its homemade ice-cream. The house is located in a central pedestrian street of the town.

Fantastic house

Fantastic house, well equipped and lovely furnished. The kitchen had everything so we could easily cook for 8 persons, an outdoor grill was highly appreciated. Close to city center, bus stop and wandering paths. Will definitely come back again.

We loved this magnificent house

We loved this magnificent house, it has a lovely grand entrance and staircase typical of Spanish style. We wanted something right in the heart of the town yet private and this was a great base. It was typical Mallorca in style and the garden dining area was a great social space in a secluded garden with lovely mood lighting. We enjoyed ourselves here very much.

Beautiful house in the centre of Sóller

Beautiful house in the centre of Sóller, we were greeted with a basket full of lemons and oranges. Everything is close by foot, and the garden is just amazing. Note: Don’t forget to buy your dishwasher tablets if you want to use the dishwasher, as these are not included. If the owners / providers fix the current problem with the bathroom smell (which I know is not a rare thing in old houses), everything will just be splendid. Thanks!
