Stone house of about 160 m2 located on a plot of 10,000 m2 with olive trees. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, outdoor terraces with BBQ and private pool of 30 m2 with stunning views of the Port of Sóller and the sea. Adapted for the cold months with fireplace in the living room and electric heating in the rooms and bathrooms. Really nice view!
The house was perfect and well equipped. The big problem for us was that the owner increase the rate per night ad the end of August( we had done our reservation in March!). So they canceled our reservation and we had to rebook, paying 400$ canadian more!!!

We stayed at this house during August 2022. House is spacious and nicely furnished with very well equipped kitchen. There is no air-con so house gets very hot, there are x4 portable fans that can moved around the house. The outside area is great, with several comfortable seating areas with amazing views down to the port and beyond. Pool is well maintained and there were several inflatables available for our use. House is located in the mountains, about 15 mins drive from Soller town centre. Access is down a very bumpy road. Mar, the host was helpful and always available if needed. Beach at Soller was great with good choice of restaurants and bars.

Lovely villa and surrounding area
We really enjoyed our stay. We couldn’t fault the villa. It has no air conditioning which was unfortunate for us due to it being 36 degrees all week, but we already knew this when we booked, but it was lovely to keep cool in the pool. The road is a bit of a treck, very off the beaten track but it was worth it for the location. We visited port de soller, soller, fortnalutx and Palma while we were there are we had a lovely time. Very nice beach with great restaurants at port de soller and the towns were charming.

Calme et splendide vue mais accès un peu compliqué...
Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec de l'eau, des bières fraîches et des fruits ! Mar est très sympa et très réactive en cas de besoin. La maison était conforme à sa description, très propre, bien équipée et avec effectivement une vue splendide sur la mer et le port de Soller, même de la piscine qui est très agréable. L'endroit est très calme. Je ne note pas 5/5 pour les raisons suivantes : l'accès à la maison n'est pas simple, un des 3 portails à passer est très étroit, si vous avez une petite voiture type Clio ou 208, ça va mais avec une voiture plus grosse, il faut vraiment faire très attention à chaque passage pour ne pas érafler la voiture et il n'y a aucune possibilité de stationner à l'extérieur. Une fois arrivée à la propriété, il est également compliqué de faire demi-tour, cela nécessite plusieurs manœuvres à faire à chaque fois pour pouvoir repartir. Un emplacement pourrait assez facilement être aménagé pour faciliter les demi-tours mais ce n'est pas le cas à aujourd'hui malheureusement. A part cela, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et les enfants aussi. Petite astuce : le guide "secrets of Mallorca" à disposition dans la maison nous a été très utile pour trouver des plages magnifiques et très peu fréquentées (il faut marcher un peu mais ça vaut vraiment le coup !) Merci encore à Mar pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité. Guillaume

Unforgettable Vacation Experience!
We absolutely loved the house. Everything was perfect! Beautiful house nestled in the mountains. Very clean, fully equipped with everything you need (even outdoor toys for the kids)! Amazing view of Port Soller with a stunning pool and sunset terrace. The host was very kind, smooth check-in and check-out and even helped us with information of what to do on the island (even restaurant reservations). It is close to Soller and Port Soller, but very private and quiet. Just everything about the house was perfect! We can highly recommend it!

Our wedding was there!
We were in this dreamy finca in May 2022. We celebrated our wedding there and it was unique. Everything about the finca is just perfect. The view is stunning and we loved it. The administrator was very nice and helpful. She also showed us the way to the finca and we could reach her at any time. Thank you for everything, we really enjoyed our stay!

Underbart hus på vacker Finca
Mycket vackert, genuint och traditionellt hus. Lugn och härlig placering inne på en gammal finca med aktiva odlingar av olivträd och betande får, getter och åsnor. Djup och fräsch pool med utsikt mot Port de Soller. Mycket bra och välutrustat kök. Viktigt att vara medveten om att huset saknat AC, men det fungerar då stenväggarna är tjocka och man aktivt skärmar av de fönster där solen ligger på.
