"- Wir haben das Ferienhaus nicht in einem sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. - Überall stehen Sachen rum und in den Schränken, dass kaum Abstellflächen vorhanden sind. - Die Fenster sind teilweise sehr schmutzig. - Es sind so viele riesige Spinnen in den Fensterrahmen, dass man manche Fenster nicht öffnen kann. Die Fenster wurden seit Monaten nicht gereinigt. - In den Betten sind Haare gewesen. - Im Kamin war ein kompletter Beutel mit Asche. Der Ofen wurde nicht geleert. Nach zwei Tagen waren...

"Die Unterkunft war vielseitig und für größere Gruppen perfekt. 4 Bäder, große Küchen, verschiedene Spots zum verweilen, gute Ausstattung und eine zur Turnhalle umgebaute Scheune. Auch die Gegend ist toll um mal Ruhe vom Großstadtlärm zu bekommen. Strandnähe ist vorhanden, wobei es sich um eine Steinküste handelt. Leider hat Novasol kurz vor Reisebeginn Reinigungskosten in Höhe von 400€ berechnet, die wir nie bestellt hatten. Nach 3 Monaten (vor Urlaubsbeginn), 5 Telefonaten inkl. Warteschleife...
