"Good location, very nice pool, and host, who lives on site, has very good English and is more than happy to assist. Property itself suffered a number of faults whilst we were there however. Village has bar, restaurant and shop and more facilities are in next village 4 km away. Good base to explore the Var region and less than 1.5 hours from Nice."

"A big thanks to Paul and his sweet wife for a wonderful stay in their lovely house in Hyères. We had a super holiday in a house which had everything you need for at good holiday (a fantastic view, good beds etc.) Reality beats the pictures so you can safely book this house. "Great gite, modern and very well looked after with every appliance you could need. Stylish bathroom with fantastic walk in shower. Living area perfectly laid out with breakfast bar, table and chairs but we took the option to eat at the outside patio adjacent the pool with great views. Private pool was clean, heated and very relaxing. We spent many hours at or in the pool. The gardens are immaculately landscaped with a sweeping drive and our own parking bay. It is refreshing to have the options...

But as previous reviews indicate, this is poorly maintained and we spent our vacation taking care of house problems that could have been avoided with proper maintenance. During our stay we had the following issues 1) Saturday when we arrived the refrigerators were broken, which is also confirmed by another review from June.
