"An excellent stay on the Amalfi coast. The rooms were very clean and modern with the European touches. The breakfast was excellent with an excellent view of the sea. Very close to the main city centre of Ravello. The host Ornella made the experience a 10 out of 10. Very helpful and knowledgable about the area and showed excellent hospitality while we were staying here. Ornella went above and beyond to help make sure we have the best experience here! "

Prior to arriving, we asked whether it was possible to arrive at 10pm (it says check-out was until 8:30pm but requests could be made). Alfonso said this would cost €120 extra. "The hotel was clean and easy to access. However, it was supposed to include breakfast and A/C. Even though the A/C was set to 16 degrees, the room was steamy hot. We could not find breakfast and the hotel would not return our phone calls; we even left the messages in Italian. As such, I cannot recommend this hotel, as the accommodations are misleading and the service was terrible. "

"Beautiful location and accommodating staff. The ocean view is spectacular. Fewer tourists and wonderful beach access. However, overpriced relative to the suite amenities. Very noisy neighbourhood with constant barking dogs, motorcycle noise, and fireworks. Could hear noise from the apartment above. No microwave, outdated coffee maker. Had to purchase instant coffee and paper products from the nearby store. "

"Great location. Downfall is the very weak wifi connection. If you’re planning to do work or access the internet during your stay, this isn’t the place to do it. The building has 2 washing machines and 1 dryer, which costs 2 euros per machine. There’s 1 clothing iron in the laundry room to share for the entire complex, which doesn’t work very well so we’d suggest bringing a travel steamer/iron. Overall, we had a good time. "
