"I loved that I was able to bring my doggies. The only complaint and this is not the hotel fault, is that even when you know guest have to pick up after their pets, I unfortunately still found a few drops in the grass, meaning people do not pick up their pets poops. Besides that, my stayed was really nice."

"This property was perfectly located to a 3 days sailing event being held on Solomon's Island I was attending.We were able to walk to all the restaurants and there was room for my sons and their families.The views of the water and the sunrises and sunsets were beautiful.The host communicated well with us and it was easy to check in and out.We enjoyed our stay."

"Great location. Clean and spacious room. Great shower. And an AMAZING free hot breakfast!!! Only drawback is having to drive 2-3 miles for dining options. I would say a solid 4.5 stars. Would stay there again. Best free breakfast I have had in my many travels."

"A clean, pleasant hotel with lots of light and friendly staff in the middle of little Leonardtown. I actually asked the front desk if they were new because of how clean everything was and they said they did a major renovation about 5 years ago. Easy (and FREE) parking across the street. Our room (a king bed) was clean and quiet. If we're ever in the area again, this is where we'd stay."

Quality Inn Solomons - Beacon Marina

"Everything was good, standard hotel/motel stuff: little coffee pot, mini-fridge, microwave, tv,a/c - everything worked as expected, furniture, carpeting, lights, bathroom all looked newish and everything was very clean. Desk folk were pleasant, didn’t have much interaction. The big plus is the location, right by a huge marina (if you like looking at boats) and the Calvert Marine Museum- combines natural history and the commercial history of the area, has the Drum Point lighthouse (you can tour) and a boat tour of Patuxent Harbor, plus fossils, river otters, fish. Calvert Cliffs / Flag Pond parks are a 10 minute drive if you want to dig for fossils yourself. So: comfortable place, very reasonably priced, close to all sorts of stuff; definitely worth it."

"This was a return trip for me, as always the property was clean, comfortable, quiet, The communication with the host was excellent, and we’ll definitely be back in the future to enjoy the gem that Hoopers Island is. Thank you for sharing your property again."
