This beautiful holiday home offers you a wonderful panoramic view of the sea. The house is located on the water in the small town of Stomorska on the island of Solta and consists of two residential units. One on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor, both units are connected by an internal staircase. Ideal for two families who want to spend the vacation together. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a combined living / kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, air conditioning in the living area and then a beautiful terrace with a wonderful view. The spacious covered terrace on the ground floor is ideal for social gatherings and sociable summer evenings. You can get into the water directly at the house via steps. There are several pebble beaches nearby. Stomorska is a small fishing village with many restaurants serving local specialties on its harbor promenade. There is also a diving center nearby, where you can learn to dive and explore interesting underwater world.

Das Haus ist ideal gelegen mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse. Man kann den Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang genießen. Das Haus ist ideal für 2 Familien durch die Trennung in 2 Wohnungen. Es ist sehr gut gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und hochwertig. In der Küche ist alles was man braucht und auch sonst fehlt es an nichts. Wir kommen sehr gerne nochmal wieder.

Wir waren zwei Familien und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohneinheiten sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und geräumig. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und die Terrasse ist groß und bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer. Den Griller haben wir auch benutzt für tolle Grillabende. Für den Einstieg ins Meer beim dazugehörigen Steinplateau sind Badeschuhe empfehlenswert. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Das Ferienhaus besteht aus 2 getrennten Wohnungen und ist ideal für 2 befreundete Familien. Die Wohnungen sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet und sie beinhalten alles was man braucht, z.B. Miele Staubsauger, Wasserkocher, Micro, Spülmittel und auch Eiswürfelbeutel. Handtücher waren für 2 Wochen ausreichend vorhanden. Die großzügige Terrasse bietet von früh bis abend eine traumhafte Aussicht und hat ideale Bedingungen für ein gemütliches und ruhiges Beisammensein. Sogar beim Grillen wird man vom Sonnenuntergang begleitet. 2 kleine Supermärkte sind zu Fuß innerhalb von wenigen Minuten im kleinen Hafen von Stomorska zu erreichen. Dort findet man auch kleine Restaurants, in denen man die kroatische Küche genießen kann. Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen auf der Insel Solta verbracht und können dieses nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben direkt am Meer. Hat eine große Terrasse, wo wir mit unseren Freunden gemeinsam die Zeit verbracht haben. Wir haben auch den großzügigen Kamin sehr oft benutzt. Klasse Sache. Das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr gut betreut und es gab sogar einen heimischen Wein bei der Anreise. Hatten hier eine schöne Zeit, danke.

Gute Lage direkt am Meer. Für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern ist massig Platz in der Wohnung. Besonders die große Terasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren über die Osterferien mit 2 Familien Gäste in diesem schönen Haus.Das Haus besteht aus 2 Wohnungen, die sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet sind.Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Ausblick und die Terrasse sind einfach nur ein Traum. Zum Haus gehört sogar ein hauseigener Steg ins Meer. Wenn man 200 Meter weiter geht, erreicht man einen schönen Kiesstrand. In der näheren Umgebung sind kleine Läden und verschiedene Restaurants zu finden. Also alles in Einem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und neu renoviert. Es war bei unserer Ankunft gut geflegt und sauber. Außerdem steht das Haus direkt am Meer und besitzt sozusagen ein eigenen Strand an dem man super baden kann.
