"Very pleasant, clean little inn tucked just off the main drag of Solvang. Great location, very friendly staff and outstanding customer service with accommodating a plan change. Pet-friendly and free breakfast are plusses."

"The room was spacious and we had a good experience overall. The staff was not friendly, meaning they did not greet or try to be helpful or address you unless you initiate contact first. That's a bit of a turn off although I do realize this has become the norm nowadays. And yes, I am older and am judging customer service based on the "old school" version. One thing that was below standard was the cleanliness of the bathroom towels - they did not look clean- they weren't stained just dingy looking. My daughter and I used the pool at 9pm, and there was not 1 pool towel to be found. I was very happy they're dog friendly and the location was not bad. My husband raved about the tv options."

"absolutely enjoyed our stay!! the staff was wonderful! they were so warm and welcoming, they went above and beyond. The room was immaculate i loved every aspect about our mini condo/apartment. The stay itself was so enjoyable i almost didnt want to bother exploring with solvang itself lol I was so comfortable and relaxed from the pool to the privacy of our suite it was amazing! they had a game room!! it was so awesome to be able to play with the giant blocks with my kiddos its defintely very family oriented. oh and they had Gnome Hunt, we didnt find all of them but it was a fun little actively nonetheless. i could go on and on about this place will be returning next year <3"
