"Great deck and views of the lake. Space was nicely updated and attractive decor. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and pots and pans, not that we did any cooking on our vacation! Great space for 2 couples to share with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Loved we could jump on the Paul Bunyan trail right from the property."

"Beautiful, convenient location for our visit to Lake Itasca and the Mississippi headwaters. The cabin was comfortable, clean and cozy. If you visit, be sure to note that the restroom is not located in or next to the cabin."

"It was a very nice place to stay and easy to get to.The thermostats were locked which I can understand, but we were very warm and no windows opened. We moved a mattress into the entrance and slept with the main door open and screen door locked."

"Nice property but the beds are terrible, hard as a rock. I like a firm mattress but this was like sleeping on the floor. Only stayed one night and was glad for that. Reaching property manager was difficult, took 4 hours to respond with a non draining sink."
