The ‘incidental’ charges were different prices for everyone. The pool was not filled/operable. The fireplaces outside were also inoperable. "Prior to booking my room I reached out to the host on serval separate instances to ensure I’d be able to check in upon my arrival from Georgia only to get in at 4:30am and be stuck without a room with children. There should have been some type of compensation considering it was the agents mix up."
