"Check in was smooth and easy. Host is quick to answer messages. The house is stocked with most essentials (Keurig, regular coffe pot, dishes, cooking/eating utensils, lots of blankets and pillows). It was extremely nice to be able to have our dog along in a home setting. Nice backyard bordering farm land. Exceptionally convenient to everything in town and easy access to the highways and toll roads. Would 100% stay here again!"

"I had 7 rooms booked for my touring band. We checked in late (after 11pm) after our show near Pittsburgh. Debbie, behind the desk for the night shift, was awesome, friendly, and helpful, when checking us in late in the evening. She was also quite sociable (and funny) while a few of us hung out in the lobby, late night. The rooms were fine. Clean and comfortable. In the morning, my phone started blowing up with texts from my band members saying there was no hot water. Several members called the front desk but there was no answer. When we met in the lobby to check out, we were told there was a power outage and that the heater takes time to get going. I understand things happen, but the 2nd most important purpose of a hotel stay is getting a decent shower before you leave and that didn't happen. "
