Air con could do with going lower than 18 it was so hot in there! Also lift from car park not working not great with lots of luggage, and would be really helpful to have better directions to parking on your website as it was really tricky to find. I ended up calling and listened to the automated message with gave clearer instructions on parking and a postcode that worked in my sat nav."
