"Optional add-on Breakfast “choose up to value of $30” was not a buffet. Pretty lame actually. Don’t opt to buy include breakfast as an add-on, it’s bits and bobs from the freezer warmed up. Fresh fruit was ok I guess. Pleasant gentleman waited on us. Gratuities not included."

"Rooms are dirty, make sure to bring socks or slippers to walk around in. Elevators are broken. 3rd floor was a beast to get with luggage"

Premier Suites - Bay Village
"Pictures are decieving. Water damage all over, peeling wallpaper. Small bathroom, sink, shower. Stairs are falling apart. Felt very dirty. For the amount we payed should have been much better."
