The only thing we found off putting about the room was how loud the air conditioning was. The front desk staff were friendly and inviting. However, the parking was lacking. We had to park up the street from the hotel a couple times, which wasn't easy when carrying things, like luggage, to the room from the car. "the owner is the nicest guy ever, we talked for a bit at check in, the next morning I discovered I had left my cell phone in the room, he texted it when he found it. Very friendly and nice man. the room was basic, furniture a bit worn. very powerful but somewhat noisy a/c unit. On a busy street so try to get a downstairs room with building blockage to buffer the noise. good value for the location"
