"The restaurant and the managers of restaurant called Peppe and Andres, and Desree from drinks section were superheroes of the hotel. Other than the price we pay doesn’t even close to half of the expectation. Super disappointed with the price performance versus quality.. exaggeratedly expensive! And the horrible reality of the mosquitos!! We even can not walk to restaurant from room ! Forget about sitting by the beach or pool.or enjoy the scenery! I wish i could have chance to leave in the middle...

"The hotel itself was pretty, and the buffet was surprisingly excellent. There’s a putt putt course there, but they don’t even turn the lights on at night. So don’t plan on using it after the sunsets. The Mexican restaurant that you have to have a reservation for isn’t really worth the time or effort. The main buffet is beautiful and has tons of options. Very family friendly. We stayed in one of the Casitas, they packed so much furniture in there you can barely move around it.
