"The apartment is in a great location on the mountain. Has a fantastic view of the bay and marina. The back porch is awesome. We had a small issue with bugs the first night as apartment was a bit warm. We opened the windows and bugs came in and bit us up all night. Second night was okay as we killed the bugs but was a bit warm to sleep. Overall a great place to stay in Port De Soller if you enjoy a fantastic view."

"The location was great, right by the waterfront. It has the view of the mountains in the back and not ocean view. The property was clean, had everything we needed, even beach towels. However, the second bedroom is in the loft upstairs, which wasn’t accurately depicted in the listing. It had spiral stairs which was a little difficult to get up and down.Property manager was communicative and helpful. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was super comfy, and although I’d read reviews mentioning possible noise depending on where you were in the hotel, I took earplugs and slept peacefully. The food was good with a reasonable choice, and there was a lovely terrace area with sun beds, as well as around the pool. Lovely Spa and had a really good massage, definitely recommended! The hotel is in a great position for an evening stroll along the seafront, browsing the shops and restaurants, or enjoying the nightlife if that’s what you’re looking for. I would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel and room beautiful. Comfy beds. We initially had 2 rooms and had to change 1 due to unforeseen circumstances. This was very difficult, I called the hotel a few times and spoke with Luciana in reservations who was rude and unhelpful. She asked me ‘what did I want’ and refused to take my number when I asked for the reservation manager Christina to call me back. That phone call never came. However, when we got here the people on reception were lovely especially the porter who took us too our room, sorry I don’t know his name and I would also like to say Jenny in reception was very helpful when checking out and also finding our booking that we changed as it wasn’t obvious on the system. Food in restaurant was lovely, breakfast had large selection. Dinner had a themed corner every evening which was also very good. However, restaurant was let down by staff serving tables who never smiled, along with tables that didn’t have cutlery on them, also waiting for someone to come and take a drink order meant that we were half way through our dinner before drinks came. I asked one server who was on her own in the outside seating area when she walked past if I could get some cutlery and her reply was ‘why didn’t you sit elsewhere’ to which I pointed out there was no other seats with cutlery either and she replied ‘I know I am on my own’. Also, drinks weren’t included in the halfboard dinner which I didn’t realise. Pool areas lovely and sun loungers very comfortable."

"Had a really great time as a solo traveller. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was a standard buffet breakfast, a good amount of veggie options (would’ve loved veggie sausages). Very close to the beach and the bus stop to go into the town and the airport (very frequent buses, 25 min bus journey). There was also a really nice and cheap tapas place down the road (bar Alaska), and some really nice places to eat in palma town (l’informal, bar espana). There’s a bigger supermarket about 5/10 min walk away that had more picky bits for lunch and a bakery section. The area and hotel felt very safe, had no issues safety wise. There were showers in the spa that guests can use after check out which was helpful and luggage can be stored too. Overall, a great time and I’d recommend!"
