Poor customer service and bare bones stay
"On our 6 wk trip, with numerous stays across Scandinavia, this was the worse customer service and least stocked of our stays. Customer service said - read fine print, instead of admitting the information was well hidden. Don’t expect anything. The place was basic and not very clean. We cleaned ourselves at arrival and when we left. Plenty of other places better than this."
