From the guards at the checkpoint and the security team at the gate, to the front desk, dining room staff, kitchen team, hostess, housekeeping, and bell staff everyone contributed to a genuinely pleasant experience. Special thanks to Vishnu from housekeeping, Sudhir (whose tea we already miss), and Shivani & Amardeep at the security checkpoint for their warm and welcoming service. They truly made our stay memorable. There were a few initial hiccups with the room, but the overall experience was excellent."
