"I was very disappointed with my experience. I requested the airport pickup service in advance, but no one came to pick me up. This caused unnecessary stress upon arrival. Additionally, the property uses photos that appear to be from a different hotel, which is misleading. The actual property does not match the expectations created by the listing. I hope the management improves both their communication and the accuracy of their listing so future guests know what to expect."

"When we checked in the staff was friendly and welcoming. Once we checked out there was no interaction. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. It would have been nice if the food was a variety on other days. We had pizza and spring rolls for dinner and it awesome, flavorful. One other night we had pizza that's how good it was. Although the room was decent, when we returned the room would be damp and stuffy. It would have been nice if there wasn't a cost for the shuttle. They charged too much so...

"When a urinal, shower and toilet share practically the same space with no separation, thats a cause for alarm! Once you shower, you cant do anything else its a little gross. Padlock on the window gave prison vibes and the room was not in great shape. I left and booked somewhere else after spending 5 minutes there. "
