"Donโt be fooled by the Westin branding. Classic domestic hotel: looks good from a distance but rooms too hot and too dry, no way to control heating, fixtures and fittings falling apart, horrible smells coming from the plumbing, poor cleanliness, offensively bad coffee etc. Honestly, I suspect itโs no better or worse than the neighbouring hotels, just giving an honest review from a European perspective.
Staff were very friendly though, and itโs very close to the ski area. Good restaurants...

"Hotel checkin agent did ask me for a ยฅ2000 deposit even though I've paid in full by a valid credit card when I booked with Hotel.com on-line, but I insisted not to pay the deposit. It was really annoying and I considered it was a harassment. "
