Good hotel for family with kids.

The upper rooms are in much better condition than the ones with pool acces. Nice kids water park. Nice pools. Staff is friendly and the beach is across the street. Overall a good hotel. We stayed for 10 days. Netflix and youtube available.

Location on Chalathat Beach was perfect. Near to beach front, playground, street food zone. Parking was easy. Staff service was impeccable, especially the bell boys. Friendly and warm staffs. Pool zone and water park not overly crowded. Ample sitting areas and love the pool access rooms. Bicycles for hotel guest use without additional charges was awesome, only wished bike conditions were better maintained and installed with bells. Some bikes had broken and non functioning brakes. Areas around the water park can be improved for safety as some bamboo structures were hazard for tripping, especially elderly or senior citizens. Amenities were well provided for. Overall a good stay if safety can be improved around the pool surroundings. Lifeguards were always available, that's a plus point!
