Great Value - Heart of the Wine Country - Pool-Hot Tub 3K 1Q Bedroom

Located at the end of a private road, down a tree-lined lane, in a quiet neighborhood, this house has it all. With plenty of room both inside and outside, your family or group will be comfortable staying here while enjoying the Sonoma wine country.

The newly refinished outside pool area has a waterfall from the upper hot tub. The large deck around the pool provides lots of room to relax and enjoy a swim and a barbecue dinner after a day of wine country experiences.

This casually decorated split-level house provides lots of privacy for your group as it has three big king bedrooms and one queen bedroom and two large hallway accessed bathrooms, sleeps eight easily. There are two bedrooms downstairs and a full hallway bathroom with one bedroom off the back patio area. On the middle level is a queen bedroom and on the upper level a king bedroom with a full hallway accessed bathroom. This can be used by both the king and queen bedrooms. A large living/TV room and desk area is also located on the upper level. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the items your chef will need for cooking.

The house is within a few miles of excellent restaurants, world-class wineries, gourmet grocery stores, great hiking, and bicycle trails, and only five miles from the historic plaza.

The house is equipped with a washer/dryer, hair dryers, iron, and ironing board. A large flat screen smart TV with high-speed Xfinity cable is in the living room. Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning and a barbeque. are included as well as all paper supplies, linens and inside and outside pool towels. There is a parking lot for three cars off the street.

Please Note: This house is ideal for close friends or families. The pool is not covered so young children and toddlers need to be closely watched. There are stairs inside and outside the house. The house cannot be used as a party house. We do not allow any amplified music inside or outside. These are not our rules but are the Sonoma County Vacation Rental requirements.

The summer pool heating fee is $150/4 night stay. This will be charged on all reservations. The pool is heated from May to October (it will be removed from November through April). Although we luv our pets, please check with us on our pet policy for this property. If you have a registered service dog, please notify us. We hope you choose this property.

Beautiful retreat

We had a wonderful stay. The house is a little quirky in the layout but works nonetheless. The backyard is a glorious oasis. Kitchen is super well supplied with cooking implements. Easy to find, great location.

Wonderful

We all enjoyed our time touring Sonoma and Napa. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all that we needed to prepare meals. The many bedrooms were perfect for the 6 guests in our party.

Girls weekend

We rented the house for a girls weekend with 4 of us. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was conveniently located. There was plenty of room for every to relax. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

Too many rules!

We loved the house and pool. We were careful to be quiet in the mornings and evenings according to the rules. When the neighbor's dog barked for 5 hours starting at 9:30pm, we were told by the police that there is no quiet ordinance. Also the second floor balcony has a very unsafe railing.

Father's Day Getaway

Celebrated with adult kids and grade school granddaughters. They loved the pool and spa! Only improvement I suggest is handrails in pool entry and spa stairs and entry - was a bit difficult for Nana due to her mobility and balance issues.

Perfect location to our favorites El Molino Central (best tamales ever) restaurant and Imagery Winery. Each day, our senior golden retriever relaxed and made friends with a hummingbird in the backyard.

Great location, great property

This property is very nice and within 10-15 minute drive to the square in Sonoma. The pool is kept very clean and is very comfortable. We had 6 adults staying in the house and every couple had a king size bed. The place was very comfortable and clean. We are looking forward to our next visit to Sonoma. Also wanted to give a shout out to Sandy the property manager! She was very communicative and sent lots of emails with recommendations of things to do and see. You won’t be disappointed!

We came to Sonoma for my 30th birthday and what ended up being a celebration for my engagement! This house really helped tie it all together! We had friends and family come in and the house was a great place to hangout. Loved the location and the house was very cute! Thanks for your hospitality. One note - the BBQ grill was extremely dirty when we arrived... we saw that there was a fee for an uncleaned grill so wanted to make sure that we documented what it was like when we went to use (I have pictures if you need) - we tried to clean as best we could at the end.

Magical place

I rented this house for myself and my adult kids so we could attend another son's wedding. The property was perfect for us. The house is well built, but dated and very clean. Everything is sturdy so I didn't have to worry about anything getting broken. The backyard, however was truly magical. I slept in the downstairs bedroom and dreamed of waking up to that backyard every day. (That room was a little chilly at night, although, in fairness, I didn't try to adjust. I just bundled up). The leasing person was so helpful and understanding when a delivery person drove too fast down the little street. We just communicated and it was fine from there. I would love to go back soon and just enjoy the place. Thank you so much for welcoming out family including our pups. It would not have been the same without them.

Perfect for Our Girls Getaway

This home was perfect for our visit to Napa and Sonoma Valleys! We used the pool - which was plenty warm (in August from the sun) without getting it heated for the additional cost. The hot tub was nice to use at the end of the day, although it gets SUPER HOT once warmed up, wish there was more temperature control. And the hot tub could use a good scrubbing, it looked a bit dirty. We used the kitchen every morning and grilled steaks one of the nights, we had everything we needed and there were plenty of wine glasses for us to use! The closest grocery store is only a only a few minutes away and we used the styrofoam cooler to pack cold lunches to take while busy visiting all the wineries we could! We also walked to the new coffee shop (Cielito) in the mornings (0.7miles away) which was perfect! It's also rare to find a house with 3 KING size beds, which is nice when a bunch of ladies are sharing with their mamas! A few fans would have been nice just for some white noise while sleeping. Overall - great house, great stay! We'd stay here again!

Girls getaway

Loved the property, especially the pool and hot tub. The outside area was beautiful and private. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the backyard. The neighborhood was quiet and the area was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Sandra was great and responsive when we needed her.

Beautiful house, pool, spa with great location!

This house and the backyard with pool and spa was absolute perfection! The house is beautifully laid out and decorated, the pool area had lovely furniture (we ate breakfast and played board games out there a lot), and the hot tub waterfall into the pool made for a serene sound and atmosphere perfect for decompressing after a long day of sightseeing and wine tasting.

Quiet Spot In Wine Country

Manager Sandy was very helpful and considerate. The house is nice a quiet and comfortable enough however is in need of some small renovation and upgrade of the bathrooms and kitchen. The heated pool and spa was great to have.
