"Excellent setting,we had a spectacular view from our balcony if you were standing, not at all if sitting in the chairs provided,the wooden balcony obscured the view completely.The room was big clean and pleasant and generally typical of a top hotel,although I have stayed in many hotels and had never stayed in one with no coffee making facilities in the room before,that was a down for me,I had to either call for room service or go down to the restaurant or bar area. "Sehr schöne Unterkunft und Umgebung. Der Wanderguide des Hotels hat uns sehr schöne Touren empfohlen, welche genau unseren Geschmack getroffen haben. Es ist zudem toll, dass man die Hunde mit ins Restaurant nehmen kann. Wir kommen definitiv wieder :)"

"Nice hotel. Good restaurant. Very clean. There are some guests with dogs around which is different and kind of fun. They were all well behaved. Very close to the Lech Weg walking trail. Beautiful surroundings just out the door. "

"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"
