It opens onto a north-facing terrace at the rear of the house, with a self-locking floor and an awning. An 8m2 scullery, equipped with a washing machine, offers additional practicality.
The villa has three bedrooms on this level. Bedroom 1 (11m2) opens onto a south-facing terrace and has a 160cm bed and a washbasin. Bedroom 2 (10m2) faces south-east and has a double bed (140cm). Bedroom 3 is ideal for children and has two bunk beds. A 4m2 shower room and WC complete this floor.
