Villa Alaia is a functional property ideally configured to welcome groups and tribes. Its main asset lies in its entirely single-storey architecture, guaranteeing optimal accessibility and great ease of movement between living spaces and outdoor areas.



This family-oriented house was designed with conviviality in mind. Its enclosed garden offers several recreational spaces, including a swimming pool and a ping-pong table, perfect for relaxation moments after a day of exploration.



Located in a strategic position allowing quick access to Hossegor's points of interest, the villa offers direct access to cycle paths and the main routes of the resort. It is a pragmatic option for those seeking spacious and well-equipped accommodation, prioritising sharing and proximity to local activities in a simple and welcoming setting.



It is composed of:



- A large living room with sofa, TV, WiFi and speaker.



- An open fitted kitchen including oven, microwave oven, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and freezer. In the back kitchen, a washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal.



- Two beautiful bedrooms with double beds and built-in wardrobes.



- A room with a double bed, motorised (adapted for People with Reduced Mobility), and a convertible sofa.



- A bathroom with a large walk-in shower with no step, a toilet, and a simple single-basin bathroom vanity.



- A bathroom with bathtub and shower, double sink bathroom furniture.



- Guest toilet.



Also enjoy the outdoors with a summer kitchen, gas plancha, and bar. The outdoor dining table transforms into a ping pong table.

The entire accommodation can be used except:



- A cupboard in the back kitchen, locked.

- The external shed

- Use of the fireplace prohibited



The villa is located near a busy road: this is a point to note for your comfort, even though the use of the garden remains very pleasant on a daily basis



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:



- Minimum age

The booking is reserved for adults (minimum 18 years old).

- Booking holder

The person making the booking must be present during the stay.

- Mandatory documents before arrival

Online check-in with our agency (see link received with your booking) + submission of an identity document are mandatory to finalise your booking.

- Cleanliness of the accommodation

The accommodation must be returned in a normal state of cleanliness.

Otherwise, additional cleaning fees of €45.00 including VAT per hour commenced may be charged.

- Animals

In the event of damage or animal faeces in the accommodation or outside, a flat fee of €300 may be applied.

Swimming pool

- Leisure pool available from 1 May to 30 September. Heating activated only if weather permits maintaining stable water temperature.



Important information regarding external noise nuisances



In accordance with Airbnb platform conditions and in the interest of transparency, we inform our travellers that the neighbourhood and surrounding public spaces are independent of the property management. Exceptional and occasional noise nuisances may thus occur without our knowledge or control (authorised works, maintenance interventions, leaf blowers, demonstrations, parties, public events, traffic, neighbourhood, etc.).

These events, when they are external to the property and beyond our control, cannot engage the responsibility of the management agency or the owner and cannot give rise to a request for reimbursement, price reduction or compensation, except where mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.

In the event of abnormal nuisance or disturbance to public order, we invite travellers to contact the competent authorities (Municipal Police or law enforcement), who are the only ones authorised to intervene, whilst informing us of the situation so that we can, to the extent possible, assist you.
