We had a great stay at the Klinmai Boutique Hotel, the host Toy and her mother were really welcoming, we felt like home from the very first moment. The room is very clean, the place is very quiet away from the city buzz but very easy reachable in tuk tuk or if you want to have a lovely walk on the river side.

It's cheap $9 USD a night booking through expedia It's clean rooms and bathroom fan and ac furnitures bed my little office desk, water toilet paper, soap, outside on baloney ashtray to smoke, food and bar down stairs on 1st floor, I was on 3rd floor, customer service is friendly all the time, cook is very good in kitchen and if you hear music from a distance, google sound up CMI you will love it walking distance why yu hearing music, SOI blocks have everything your looking for God bless you...

A beautiful home in perfect condition. The staff were nice, helpful, and always working to keep everything nice and clean. Great big kitchen with microwave you can use. Beautiful layout of the home with lovely common areas. Breakfast with fresh fruit and juice and drip coffee, as well typical selections. Coffee and tea available at all times. On a very quiet street which I found a blessing.

We arrived from the chiang mai airport which is about 15 minutes away only and checked in around 3 pm. Everything was in order the hotel staff was already waiting and prepared. Took them 3 minutes max to give us the key and they helped us out with the bags to the first floor since there is no elevator. the room was amazing! Spacious and beautiful interior decorations. The view on the window was so relaxing and tropical green. we had no plans but the guy at the reception helped us almost everyday...

Staff was really nice. They helped me understand the laundry. The room was nice. It had a loft so our daughter could have privacy. The inn was convenient to all areas of the old town. Cats were exceptionally sweet.

There are only about 6 rooms at the Once Upon a Time. We stayed in room 5. The room itself had 2 levels. The bathroom and living room area were at the bottom and then there were stairs that led to the bedroom. It was just so cute. The lobby/dining area was very old fashioned, but still modern. I could live here. The breakfast was delicious - there were 4 options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very nice hotel, very close to 7/11, and nearby restaurants. The hotel has a great breakfast and drink/food menu. Really enjoyed my stay. Very helpful and kind staff, beautiful rooms and cold air conditioning.

Great little hotel in the heart of the old city in Chiang Mai, away from all the backpacker craziness, 100 yards from morning market and 2 min walk to the Saturday night market and and Sunday night market. Walking distance to everything in the old city. Very luxurious beds and bathroom, resort-like, would definitely stay here again. Front desk is helpful but English isn't great.

I spent a week in a Queen room at Kavil Guesthouse in early November 2025. The room was good sized, with a comfortable bed and good-quality sheets and towels. Everything worked as it should, like the A/C, Wi-Fi, hot water, etc. I particularly appreciate the drinking water available for guests to fill our water bottles, and an in-room wall-mounted fan to supplement the A/C. Had a severe panic attack the staff took me to the ER and even stayed with me during my procedures hotel is wonderful

Its Clean. Remodeled inside. Old building outside. No elevator for people who cant use stairs.Good Wifi. Like a nice and clean motel 6 or best western. If you suffer from slight noise then its not for you. I dont have a problem with any noise so whatever works for you. Has balcony with 2 chairs and table

Small room perfect for a quick overnight stay. Pretty walkable to nearby attractions

Hot water, good ac, fan, clean, Comfy bed, cozy room, delicious breakfasts that are included. Wifi was spotty however. Not a difficult walk to the center. I would stay again
