We went during low season and got a free upgrade to the white room with the pool which was amazing. They also automatically moved our checkin to a later time. The service was great and they were super helpful with organizing day trips and drivers. 10/10 recommend "

"The remoteness and gorgeous scenery made this a special stay. The 165 steep steps up the hill were totally worth it!! This is the rainy season and you’re really in nature so it shouldn’t be a surprise but there were lots of dead and living ants so if you’re squeamish about ants, just be warned. We loved our stay, though!"
